Major expansion of an elementary school requiring advanced climate control. ELL Industries installed a VRF system with 4 condensers and 46 cassettes, two DOAS units, new ductwork, and a full communication control system to support efficient, reliable operation across the new facility.

Comprehensive new-construction HVAC solution for a commercial retail space. ELL Industries installed a VRF system with 6 condensers and 18 air handlers, along with a complete control system, sensors, and thermostats—delivering precise zone control, energy efficiency, and consistent comfort for customers and staff.
